The Seeing Heart
This story is taken from the Gospel of John 9. In this story we meet a the young blind beggar Benjamin who has dreamed of meeting Jesus. In the film we see Benjamin and his miraculous chance encounter with the Messiah. Through his faith in God he is healed. We then follow Benjamin as he races to convince his family and rabbi's of the miracle that has been given to him. What he encounters next is even worse than being born blind. Benjamin is horrified to discover that men with eyes are blind in the heart and unwilling to accept what is right in front of there eyes.
